Stafford Kimber, Co-Founder of Atten is an organisational psychologist based in NZ, and a consultant dedicated to enhancing human performance in high-risk and complex environments. He designs and delivers programs that strengthen safety and attentional control through mindfulness and attention training —critical capabilities for individuals and teams operating under pressure.

With extensive experience at the intersection of human factors psychology, leadership, and operational safety, Stafford has consulted across various industries, including energy, defence, and health regulation. His work spans frontline environments, such as power generation sites and tactical operations, as well as executive leadership teams navigating strategic complexity. He is known for translating psychological science into practical interventions that improve decision-making, stress regulation, situational and safety awareness.
